Description:
Pettitop made with the same soft nylon chiffon ruffles as the pettiskirt. Our top has ruffles on the front and is flat at the back. This looks less bulky when worn and is more lightweight and hence more suited to our local weather. Other than matching it with a pettiskirt which makes the outfit dressy, the ruffled top looks great with a pair of bloomers/capris.
